Unless explicitly modified by individual contract arrangements, all custom code, design files, copy, and marketing deliverables produced by professionals on this platform carry a Full Ownership Commercial License transferred upon final payment confirmation.
2. Platform Usage License
Saudi Makers grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the directory search engine, review talent portfolios, and interact with professional profiles solely for hiring coordination. Scraping platform dataset listings is strictly forbidden.
3. Trust, Security & Compliance
Licensing permissions are monitored to support verified security integrations. Under our platform guidelines, no portfolio works showing confidential corporate datasets may be displayed by creators without the explicit, documented consent of the respective legal entity.

ما لم يتم تعديله صراحةً من خلال ترتيبات تعاقدية فردية، فإن جميع التعليمات البرمجية المخصصة وملفات التصميم والنسخ والمخرجات التسويقية التي ينتجها المحترفون على هذه المنصة تحمل ترخيصًا تجاريًا بملكية كاملة يتم نقله عند تأكيد الدفع النهائي.
2. ترخيص استخدام المنصة
تمنح سعودي ميكرز المستخدمين ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وقابلًا للإلغاء للوصول إلى محرك بحث الدليل ومراجعة معارض أعمال الكفاءات والتفاعل مع الملفات الشخصية المهنية لغرض تنسيق التوظيف فقط. يُمنع منعًا باتًا استخراج بيانات قوائم المنصة آليًا.
3. الثقة والأمان والامتثال
تتم مراقبة أذونات الترخيص لدعم تكامل الأمان الموثق. بموجب إرشادات منصتنا، لا يجوز للمبدعين عرض أي أعمال محفظة تُظهر مجموعات بيانات مؤسسية سرية دون موافقة صريحة وموثقة من الكيان القانوني المعني.
